PhET has become a popular resource for science teachers, and for good reason. The simulations are great for introducing and exploring concepts. I was introduced to another great resource for Chemistry simulations from the Chemical Education Research Group out of the University of Iowa. These are great downloadable tools for you to use with your Chemistry students.
